The main market sectors Curbside Chef will penetrate are outdoor festivals and events, corporate catering and street vending and local delivery service. Operations will begin in the greater Philadelphia and New Jersey region. We wish to become a recognised national name within the next 24-months, but this is our starting point. Curbside Chef will concentrate on bringing restaurant quality food and service to the traditional sandwich shop, food vending market and will link each trailers menu to the requirements of the target market and target media customer being served.  To trend with the movement towards healthy eating and lifestyles, Curbside Chef is developing a “eat healthy” menu which will be offered in select demographic areas such as colleges and senior citizen areas.
